On 26th June we invite you to the summer camp of the Alekos Fassianos Museum with the central theme of nature and the sea.

Through group games and creations, we welcome summer and learn how we can protect the natural environment.

Alekos Fassianos’ love for nature is strongly reflected in his symbols. Straws, bees, birds, dragons, mythical creatures and bicyclists in fields are some of the symbols that sealed his work and at the same time highlighted his relationship with nature.

All this spirit is encouraged in children through the introduction to art that utilizes recyclable materials.

Thus, we create our own beach with Fassianos elements and symbols by learning the technique of collage.
