Well - being yoga at the museum



On Sunday 19 May at 10am we invite you to the first yoga & wellness meeting at the museum.

Participation in activities related to culture and especially art improves the quality of life. The aim of this particular action is to engage the body through deep yoga practices, while getting in touch with nature through the work of Alekos Fassianos, through a multidimensional experience.

The intense pace of everyday life, the demands and stress, often tend to take us away from our body awareness and force us into a fast pace of thought and action. For one hour we escape from this daily routine and slow down by focusing on the much-loved nature elements of Alekos Fassianos.

The Alekos Fassianos Museum wishes to highlight the multifaceted qualities and effects that art can have on people, both on their mental health and their general social status. We envision the museum as a place of socialization, exchange of views, entertainment and intellectual stimulation.

Start: 10:00 (Please be at the venue 10 minutes early).
Duration: 60 minutes.
Participation fee: 15 euros / person.
Access: Metaxourgeio Station or Larissa Station (Line 2)

Participants are kindly requested to bring their own yoga mat.
